SHIPPING POLICY AND ACCEPTET PAYMENT METHODS

UK mainland delivery (including NI):

Usually delivered within 2-4 days on In-stock
items. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation by Royal Mail first class recorded.

Backordered items can still be purchased but it will take between 7 - 14 days for delivery. Please e-mail or fill in the enquiry form for more information before
ordering.

Europe Delivery

Usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days but it may take up to 10 days to arrive. All items are shipped by Recorded Small Packets with tracking (and includes insurance cover of £3.50 for damage or loss in the post)

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept payments through the website, Paypal, over the Phone, Cheque, Postal orders, from UK buyers. Cheques need to be cleared (3 to 5 days) before item/goods are dispatched.

RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns within 10 days after delivery.  Please ensure that you write to us within 24 hours upon receipt of your item. Returns (including all shipping charges) are limited to damage, defective, or wrong item delivered as we assume that buyers are familiar with product before purchase.  
We may accept refunds for non-damage, non-defective products with conditions that item is intact and sealed in original condition. However, only the actual product cost/price is refunded. No refunds given for postage/shipping
(customer is responsible for return shipping fees),
and a 15% restocking fee is applicable for our handling fees.
Opened or otherwise altered products may not be accepted for return. Certain sale items are "final sale" and may not be returned.

Cancellations
Please ensure to review the order before submitting payment. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Buyers may return an item(s) subject to our returns policy and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
